ugh...oh weel, i started listeneing to the dark towers on audiobook, which if you ever get the chance to read, do so, very awesome and story much like those from comics. and to whoever it was wanted something to read, try walking dead or y the last man. both very excellent. also several stand alone dc titles, especially older things, are really good, such as dark knight returns, killing joke, or kingdom come. also, i am from florida, the penis of the united states.

Criminal - Lots of good crime comics out there just now, but I think this is probably my favourite. This is like an examination of the genre and it's staples, without ever reading as cliched. Until recently it's been different characters for different arcs, so you could jump in at the start of any story and it would be self contained. More recently though it's become clear that these characters have connections, so it's probably best starting back at the beginning.

Unfortunately I can't find links for the first volume at the moment, maybe somebody else could help out if you're interested. If you want more of any of the others, give me a shout.

5 was nominated for this year's Will Eisner Award as Best Anthology. It was born from the minds of five friends: Becky Cloonan (Demo, American Virgin), Vasilis Lolos (The Pirates of Coney Island, The Last Call), Gabriel Bá (Casanova, Umbrella Academy), Fábio Moon (De: Tales: Stories of Urban Brazil, Ursula -- both with Bá) and Rafael Grampá (a hard working illustrator in Brazil, who has worked with some giants of cable TV as Nickelodeon & Cartoon Network). And if you are going to San Diego Comic Con of this year, you may meet Grampá and all the others. Grampá will be showing his new work "Mesmo Delivery" that will be distributed in the USA by AD House, and Cloonan, Lolos, Bá and Moon will release their new project, "Pixu", a two part mini series. And in a additional info, Bá was nominated for this year's Harvey Awards as Best Artist for his amazing work in Umbrella Academy, and Lolos was nominated for Best Cartunist and Best New Talent.
