I barely remember them from my school days but:
They tried during the Kree-Skrull War and failed
Then sent super skrull to soften the heroes up and invade... that failed too
Then they sent Power Skrull to tryt it again, and guess what... It failed
... and this attempt will most likely fail too. LOL!

Speaking of Marvl, we may need to get creative about posting M stuff if we want to keep doing it. I'll try and do that next week and see how it goes. In the meantime, maybe the older M links should be removed and in the future there should be a time limit on any subsequent M links. Anyone have any ideas?

This site was too easy to find. If I can find it then Marvel can find it!
I've other sites to get my comics from, I only found this when my preferd site was down for maintanence. But it's been a valuble resource when other sights like Demonoid, Kl, Kas and thepara.. have been shut down. Do everything to keep this place alive. What about mispelling all the Marvel books titles. I'm sure all us true believers would no whay your talking about!

I think if we spell out our plans here to circumvent things it won't work. I think most folks here would be able to figure out what we are doing when the time comes. I hear that mispelling the titles kind of works but isn't foolproof. I'm thinking bundles may work best. It may take longer to put posts up, but its better than nothing I guess.

Not a bad idea, but a link is a link, and with the info to what it is, well ... its against the ...(some kind of law or laws), but there is no problem listing whats new or hey did you hear about this comic, the forum is OK in this department, what needs to be limited to a min. is the links and maybe the forum's lifeline will last hopefully for a long time, but soon or later, Mr. M will find it, and than it will be a very sad ...:bye2:...day. ... and/or we all can also say :lgivesl:, all in all I think the idea is good, it works toward limiting of the so called problem :icon_pirat:

My thoughts on this weeks comics.

Cable - Garbage, I dropped that from my read list
Kick Ass #2 - That was tight. I just picked this series up on a whim, now I'm glad I did.
Secret Invasion #1 - That was pretty good. I'm on the bandwagon for this one.
Young Avengers Present #3 - I'm glad it wasn't being all super gay. It was interesting.
Young X-Men #1 - Garbage, never reading it again.
The Walking Dead #48 - I love this series.

Cable is horrible. It's like the writer has no clue who Cable is. And that baby?! How many opportunities did Bishop have to kill it (which is his all important mission, right?) only to decide fight Cable instead. And Forge had labels on those prosthetic arms? Like he couldn't remember what they were. The whole thing is freaking ridiculous.

Walking Dead was shocking. I was getting a little bored with it but now I am totally hyped to see where the story goes.

Secret Invasion lived up to my expectations, and then some. Especially with who came outta that Skrull ship in the Savage Land. I don't have many WTF?! moments reading comics and this was one of them.

Anna Mercury was great. Kind of like an updated, female Shadow.

Cable - Garbage, I dropped that from my read list
Kick Ass #2 - That was tight. I just picked this series up on a whim, now I'm glad I did.
Secret Invasion #1 - That was pretty good. I'm on the bandwagon for this one.
Young Avengers Present #3 - I'm glad it wasn't being all super gay. It was interesting.
Young X-Men #1 - Garbage, never reading it again.
The Walking Dead #48 - I love this series.

Nova was awesome! It's really cool seeing Warlock back.
FF was ok but it did seem like it drifted a bit this issue.
Countdown was garbage, but that's nothing new.

Looking forward to reading: Booster Gold, Green Lantern Corps, Doktor Sleepless, The Punisher, Wormwood and Serenity.

I agree. After New avengers 40, I'm wondering if the entire House Of M thing was an elaborate, global Skrull infiltration plan and if there is some clue in the fact that some heroes/people remember House of M while most do not.

well, that was explained as layla miller and her power, though i think she is actually multiple man's daughter fromt he future or something...she knows stuff and in the house of m timeline, she could make people she came into contact with remember thier real lives. anyone she touched in this way retained thier memories of house of m.

she was introduced as a character in house of m. after house of m, her history was that she was living in an orphanage, and she claims to ahve had red scales, horns, and could breath fire. dr strange said she was set up by scarlet witch to be some kind of failsafe in the hosue of m. or soemthign like that. before she blows up the dupe of multiple man in the future she claims to be layla madrox. later this year there will be a one shot featuring her and her shenanegans in the future.
